Mount Blackburn’s the tallest summit of the Wrangell Mountain Range in Alaska. The mountain was first scaled in 1912 by Dora Keen and George Handy, who scaled it from the south side, up to the east face of the mountain. Interestingly, since the 1950’s, this mountain is most commonly scaled in the exact opposite fashion, from the north side, up to the west face.
Keen and Handy were known as old school climbers, which is why this bag is named after their famous ascent. The Mount Blackburn Messenger Bag makes “old school” new again. This bag boasts a classic western look while continuing to innovate under the hood with laptop/tablet pockets and our custom quick release buckles!
